At Luxurious Restrooms and CPT (Clarksville Portable Toilets), we take pride in being Middle Tennessee’s most trusted, full-service provider of portable restrooms. These two sister companies offer a complete range of portable restroom solutions, from high-end restroom trailers for elegant events to dependable porta-potties for job sites and community functions. Luxurious Restrooms is proud to be the largest family-owned restroom trailer company in Tennessee, setting the standard for comfort, cleanliness, and class. Our fleet includes top-of-the-line luxury restroom trailers, shower trailers, laundry units, and combo solutions designed to meet the highest expectations. When the national chains fall short, they call on Luxurious Restrooms to deliver the equipment they can’t. Our reputation for reliability and excellence has made us the go-to source for VIP events, festivals, and emergency response teams throughout the Southeast and Southwest.
Meanwhile, CPT (Clarksville Portable Toilets), our team, has over 40 years of experience in the portable toilet industry and is dedicated to providing professional, affordable portable toilet rentals and ADA-compliant units to construction sites, outdoor events, and local businesses throughout Middle Tennessee. Known for our quick delivery, consistent servicing, and unmatched attention to detail, we’ve earned the trust of contractors, municipalities, and event planners alike. While both companies operate independently to serve their unique customer bases, we share one mission: to raise the standard for the portable restroom industry in Tennessee. Each side of these businesses has a dedicated team of trained experts who understand the unique demands of both luxury and utility-level of Portable Restrooms. What sets us apart? We’re local, not some out-of-state broker or national franchise. Our clients work directly with real people who live and work in the communities we serve. We know the terrain, understand the needs, and always arrive on time. Whether planning a luxury wedding or running a multi-phase construction site, Luxurious Restrooms and CPT (Clarksville Portable Toilets), have you covered with reliable service, modern equipment, and a commitment to quality that’s second to none.

testimonials
Luxurious Restrooms did an amazing job for my sister's wedding. Their customer service was excellent and everything went off without a hitch. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a clean, well maintained restroom for a wedding or event. Thanks!!
I contracted with Luxurious Restrooms for the commissioning of a large Solar Farm in Milton, Florida on June 7, 2023. In the past we have experienced so many problems with companies supplying upscale portable restrooms, and this is the first time since I have been planning outdoor events, that I finally found a company that is committed to providing excellent units and service for them.
We tired CPT for some of our constructions sites and were very impressed on how clean the Porta-Cans were after they serviced them. We switched all our sites to CPT. Friendly Staff, Quick Response, Professional Service.
Frequently Asked Questions
What types of restroom trailers do you offer?
We offer a variety of restroom trailers, including luxury and commercial models, ADA-compliant units, and combo options. Our typical sizes are 14-stall, 10-stall, 8-stall, 6-stall, 4-stall, 3-stall, and 2-stall.
What amenities are included in your restroom trailers?
Our trailers typically include flushing toilets, air conditioning, heating, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Luxury models may offer additional features like sound systems
Do I need to provide electricity and water for the trailer?
Yes, trailers require access to electricity and water. If not available, we can provide generators and water tanks for an additional fee
How many porta-potties do I need for my event or job site?
A good rule of thumb is 1 porta-potty for every 50 people over a 4-hour event. For job sites, it's typically 1 unit per 10 workers per 40-hour work week. If you're serving food or drinks, it’s smart to add more to avoid long lines or overuse.
How often are the porta-potties cleaned?
We service standard rentals once a week, which includes pumping, cleaning, and restocking with toilet paper. For events or high-traffic areas, we can increase service frequency as needed—just let us know.
Do I need a permit to rent a porta-potty?
In most cases, no permit is needed for short-term use on private property. However, if it's going on public property (like a sidewalk or park), you may need to check with your city or county. We’re happy to guide you if you're not sure.
